The bounty text says that if you claim twice, the later claim is the one judged. Your later claim points at the video you entered in round two. Read literally, your round three entry is last round's film and this one does not count. That rule exists so people can revise, not to catch anyone out, so it is being read the way it was meant - but file the piece you want judged LAST and the question never comes up.

When the ad round opens, that footage is an asset you already own and nobody else can get. Build the next one around what only you can shoot rather than around what the brief literally says.
