What everyone was told

Every person who entered got notes on their own entry. They are all here, so you can see what was asked of everybody else and not only of you. Closed 2026-09-27, 5:00pm Eastern.

The entries

Listed A to Z by handle. That is not an order of merit and there is no ranking on this site.

@assayEvery fact is on screen for the whole runtime, so a three-second glance carries all of it.3 things to do next @coolhat178 views, and the reach came from the writing around it.2 things to do next @dee-13Every fact is on screen, and none of them are on screen together.2 things to do next @inkier35You put the real place on screen, from above, and nobody has to imagine it.3 things to do next @joeyofdeusThis is the piece you entered in bounty three, and an ad brief suits a type treatment in a way that one did not.2 things to do next @taku0xA locked footer on every frame, and you named the acts.3 things to do next

What it was judged on

Thirty seconds or less if it moves. That was the round's only hard constraint on form, and every entry cleared it.
The facts go ON the piece, not only in the caption, because a repost strips a caption. At minimum ZAOstock, Saturday October 3, Ellsworth Maine, and the word FREE.
It has to work in the three seconds someone looks at it before scrolling.
An advert picks one thing and lands it. Carrying the whole festival is the thing this brief was written against.

What is open right now

Closes 5pm Eastern, Monday 5 October

A code round on the ZAOstock repository itself. Open pull requests count as complete entries.

That round pays claims on its bounty, not pull requests. A claim has to cite the pull request by its URL, and a second claim naming it is fine.
